The proposal combines everyday sport, culture, learning and enterprise with a live-event mode for concerts, fan days and showcases. The same precinct gives families many reasons to return.

The concept changes configuration for music, cultural events, major sport screenings and youth showcases. The proposal indicates a potential live-event capacity of up to 7,500, subject to site design, safety planning, licensing and approvals.
